i am sure everyone knows how much "work" is being put in to
"organize" a dine out session with the family esp.
when you need a table to sit a family of more then 5 rite?
so normally we will make reservation
so as to...
1) avoid waiting
2) avoid disappointment
ok..we did the same tonite...
called reserved and reach the desired resturant 10mins earlier.
ahhur..so we were like expecting to have a table
being resevered for us ready...
but no wor...after a good whole 15mins some "walk ins" got their seats...
whereas we were still waiting wor...
turning on my "rude" mode
i asked the lady behind the counter, with a smile thou...
g to lady:
"y do we still have to wait so long when we have already reserved"
lady to me:
"oh, we give our seats according to "table type"...
those are 2 - 4 seaters,
we currently dun have for 6 persons so you have to wait awhile"
g (still smiling) to lady:
"huh haha joking lor...20 mins is not awhile liao loh...
and then like that next time you all shouldn't take reservations liao lah...
cos make oso no use what..still muz wait and so long some more..."
(sensing my "sarcasm")
lady to me :
"ahhmmm....ur table very fast one will be next one liao lah"
true enuf...we got our table next...
GOMG...what is wrong with s'pore service...
i mean...why is it oni "noisy" customers got tins done for them...
but whereas being "nice" is just useless...
its bullshit isn't it?
