at 1200hr, despite a red showdown, 4cm dilation, 100% effaced,
i was happily waiting for your papa while shopping in Paragon for my new headsets.
We chomp down thaifood, as if it was my last.
admitted at 1430hr, 4cm dilated, 100% effaced, zero contractions..
1530hr. 6 cm dilated, 100% effaced, zero contractions still ...
(credit that to the layer of fats, built up in years)
1600hr, put on hormone drip to speed up the labour.
1630hr. maxium dosage given for the drip, 7cm dilated but nothing is happening.
1700hr, Doc Kowa visited, ensuring that i was "ripe" enough, he rupture the sac.
1730hr, 10cm dilated, nothing is happening but midwife could see your crowning glory,
(thank god, i did brazilian prior)
Doc Kowa came in, told me to push, so did i with all my might.
at 1732hr, the world stood still...
weighing 2.95kg and 20inches, you have the most endearing eyes
and the strongest gripe ever - you literally tore the nurses apron,
made everyone broke into laughter.
you are the most amazing moving creature.
