- CHEAP OR EXPIRED SHAVING CREAM
- TRAY
- POPSICLE STICK
-WATER COLORED PAPER
- POPSICLE STICK
-WATER COLORED PAPER
The little kiddo was all perked up when I sprayed way too much shaving cream into the tray,
though I don't think I needed nearly as much, but he enjoyed it.
Meticulously he squeezed some diluted paint onto the cream
and began drawing, swirling the paint around with the popsicle stick
while singing his "celebration" song.
Once satisfied with his "baking", he gently pressed the paper into the cream,
setting it aside for a minute to dry and have his assistant me to scrap it off with a piece of cardboard.
The finished result was really gorgeous - looking like traditional marbled paper
and they smell amazing too.
The little one, moved quickly on to using his hands and painting through it.
He loved how it felt and was squishing it in his hands and all over the arms :)
This will definitely not be our last marbled project.
